1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OfferInbox ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and OfferInbox.

2. Description of Service

OfferInbox is an AI-powered document comparison platform that extracts structured data from vendor quotes, proposals, and offers, and presents them in a side-by-side comparison format.

We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of AI-extracted data. All outputs should be reviewed by a qualified human before making business decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or content you do not have the right to share
• Upload personally identifiable information of third parties without their authorization
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent any part of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

4. Your Content

You own all documents and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant OfferInbox a limited, non-exclusive license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the comparison service to you.

We do not train AI models on your content. Documents are processed via the Google Gemini API under terms that prohibit using API data for model training.

5. AI Limitations

AI-generated outputs — including extracted data, comparisons, and recommendations — are provided as decision support tools only. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice.

Human review of all AI outputs is required before making any business, legal, or financial decisions. OfferInbox accepts no liability for decisions made based solely on AI-generated outputs.

6. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime or continuous availability, particularly at the free tier. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Austrian law, OfferInbox shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
