Quoveya is an independent document-comparison product built in Austria. It helps individuals and small teams turn inconsistent quotes, estimates, and proposals into a structured view of what is included, what is missing, and what deserves a closer look.
Why we built it
Comparing offers sounds simple until the documents arrive. One vendor quotes a lump sum, another lists every item, and a third sends an updated price in an email. Important exclusions can sit in footnotes while payment terms and warranties use different wording.
Most people solve this by repeatedly reading documents and copying selected values into a spreadsheet. That takes time and makes it easy to overlook a qualification, mix up revisions, or compare prices that cover different scopes.
Quoveya was created to handle that mechanical work while preserving the source material. Users can upload documents from a computer or phone, add later evidence, review extracted information, correct mistakes, and share the resulting project through a private link.
