Data Retention Policy

Retention Schedule
OfferInbox retains data for the minimum period necessary to provide the service. The following table details retention periods for each data type:

Early Deletion
You can request early deletion of your data or withdraw Pro waitlist consent at any time by emailing contact@offerinbox.com. Projects can also be deleted directly from the project interface, which immediately removes all associated documents and extracted data.
Backup Retention
Infrastructure backups may retain encrypted copies until the configured provider's normal backup rotation completes. Backups are not available through the OfferInbox user interface and are used only for disaster recovery.
